Return your rinsed glass bottles for a little rebate: $0.50 for the 300ml bottle, and $1.00 for the 1000ml bottle. All care and return instructions are included here.
IMPORTANT: Keep the bottle upright and refrigerated at all times. Best enjoyed within 3 months of the bottling date (labelled at the back of your bottle). Fermentation continues gently even in the fridge, so expect the fizz to build slightly the longer it sits. That's normal, just open gently over a sink the first time.
