Terms & Conditions
✻ Whitney works intuitively with a range of spiritual and divinatory tools including, but not limited to, tarot, palmistry, astrology, human design, mediumistic perception, and energetic reading. No two sessions are identical, and the tools utilised will depend entirely on what is deemed most appropriate for each client.
✻ All readings are conducted within the booked session timing. Full sessions are allotted up to 60 minutes. Clients are advised to be punctual to ensure the full use of their allocated slot. A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed, after which the session may be shortened accordingly.
✻ Clients who do not show up within 30 minutes of the appointed time will be marked as a no-show. Payments made for the will be forfeited in the event of a no-show.
✻ Readings must be scheduled within 3 months of your purchase, or your booking will be forfeited. This term applies even if you're purchasing multiple readings for multiple people.
✻ We do not allow cancellations under any circumstances, so please be sure of your commitment before you book! However, if you need to reschedule for any reason, please contact us at hello@wbcollectif.com at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling is only permitted once.
✻ Reading sessions are offered as spiritual guidance and intuitive consultation. They are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, nor should they be used as the sole basis for life-altering decisions.
✻ Due to the personal and sensitive nature of each session, all information shared within readings will be treated with strict confidentiality.
✻ Important instructions for your reading will be sent together with your invoice once your payment has been processed. Please check your junk folder or add hello@wbcollectif.com to your address book in case you do not receive our emails.
