REWARDS PROGRAMME TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to wander + bloom collectif's Rewards Programme (the "Programme"). By enrolling in and participating in the Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Programme is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older.
1.2 The Programme is void where prohibited by law.
2. Enrolment
2.1 To participate, you must register for the Programme by creating an account on our website.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
2.3 Enrolment in the Programme is free; no purchase is necessary to join.
3. Earning Rewards
3.1 Points are earned through qualifying purchases made via the payment platform on our online store. Specific details on earning rates and qualifying purchases are provided on the Programme page.
3.2 For every $1 spent, 5 points will be awarded. When the expenditure contains decimal places, it will be rounded down to the nearest dollar. Eg. A $1.50 expenditure will earn 5 points.
3.3 From time to time, bonus points or promotional offers may be available. These offers are subject to additional terms and may be time-limited.
3.4 Points earned have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Redeeming Rewards
4.1 Points may be redeemed for eligible rewards listed on the Programme page. Reward options and point requirements are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Once redeemed, rewards cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned for points or cash.
4.3 Rewards are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned.
4.4 Upon the refund of a product or service purchased, the corresponding rewarded points will be voided.
5. Expiration and Forfeiture
5.1 50% of points will expire 12 months after the date they are earned, unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Your account may be deactivated, and any accumulated points forfeited, if there is no activity for 24 months.
5.3 wander + bloom collectif reserves the right to terminate your account and void any points if fraudulent activity is detected.
6. Changes to the Programme
6.1 wander + bloom collectif reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme, including these Terms, at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Significant changes will be posted on our website. Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of such changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 wander + bloom collectif is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or delays that may prevent the earning or redemption of points.
7.2 To the extent permitted by law, wander + bloom collectif disclaims all warranties and liabilities related to the Programme.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
