What you can expect
This is an open session that will be delivered according to the guidance and education that you need, while using your design to support your understanding and integration. While the session can be used deliver a structured analysis and monologue of your bodygraph, you're highly encouraged to ask questions and steer the conversation to cover anything that's coming up for you. Where necessary, Amanda is also able to support you through her coaching experience and expertise in shadow work.
Booking Policy
1. Appointment Scheduling โข All sessions must be booked at least 8 days in advance โข Bookings are made through our website's booking system on a first-come, first-served basis โข You will receive a confirmation email with details once your appointment is successfully booked โข Ensure that you provide your accurate birth date, time, and location when booking to ensure an accurate analysis (booking of this service is not recommended if you do not have the accurate details required) 2. Payment Policy โข Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session โข Payments are accepted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) through our payment processor โข All prices are listed in SGD, and taxes (if applicable) will be included in the final amount 3. No Cancellations or Refunds โข All bookings are final. No cancellations or refunds are allowed after booking confirmation. โข No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. Rescheduling however, is allowed. 4. Rescheduling and Late Arrival โข If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 6 hours in advance through email, or manage your booking online through our system. Similarly, if Amanda requires a reschedule, you will be informed at least 6 hours in advance through email. โข We allow a grace period of 15 minutes. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be automatically cancelled, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. โข If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible, but accommodations are not guaranteed 5. Session Delivery & Follow-up โข Sessions are conducted via online video conferencing only โข After the session, you will receive a recording (if requested) and any relevant notes or insights via email 6.
